A & B Reprographics is offering new services to benefit to your organization.  We are implementing our own online DigiPlan planroom and want to give you the same opportunity. 

Many of you have negotiated projects or jobs you wish to keep from public viewing.  We’re offering you an area on the web containing your projects, for all who you want to have access.

You’ll have your own DigiSolution.

We will put your plans online with a username and password. All who need access to the construction documents will be controlled by you.  You can give the username and password to those subs, and suppliers or even members of your staff in another location.  You can look online to see what jobs you have online.

With almost all contractors, architects and engineers on the web, this is an effective way to provide wide access to construction documents while saving on printing cost and shipping costs.  Improved accessibility to the plans also means more sub-bids for more competitive bids. And by providing easy access to the entire set, problems caused by subs not having all the documentation or the latest addenda are reduced.

All the plans, specs, addendums and any other documents are available online in a format which displays quickly. And new addendums go online after they are received so everyone is kept up to date on the latest changes.  If someone wants or needs hardcopies they can easily order from us for pick up, delivery or shipping.

How do you get started?
Give us your logo and we will customize “Your Company Site”  to be your own Private Digital Planroom.

Provide us with digital files or give us hard copies and we’ll scan them. 

The files are converted to secure pdf files.

Give the username and password to the people you want to have it and they can access via the web. 

Each project will have it’s own unique username and password you can send to who you wish to have it.

What’s the cost to you?
If we receive hard copies or digital files of plans not named by the sheet we will rename the files and specs. 

The fee for naming prints are 15 cents per sheet, specs are bookmarked at a rate of $3.50 for the first 250 pages and $1.25 per hundred additional pages.

Have a long standing job you will want online for a long time?  Talk to us about our DigiStorage.  For a fee of $29.77, we’ll keep the job online the first six months after the bid date.  After the six month period the fee will be $29.77 per month.
